CODE OF CONDUCT

The term practitioner relates to any person – whether employed by, sub-contracting to or independently conducting business from – the entity Pathways Beyond Fatigue, C/- PO Box 5063, Canning Vale, Western Australia. 

All practitioners must abide by the Code of Conduct for Unregistered Health Practitioners.

All practitioners must only use GoDaddy for scheduling purposes only, unless directly viewing their own client’s health information for the purposes of conducting their service.
